Update Segment Text Control Function

Hi there,
I'm trying to update Segment Text in a Control Block on a form depending on the user's language preference using the Text Control System funcion. Does anyone know what type of object is needed for the Clickable and SegmentId parameters? I'm attaching a screenprint.

Decided to use Vocab Overrides instead.

You have to use a integer dataitem like CIP.
