Need to copy invoices pdf to other location

I got a new requirement in which I need to create a process to copy relevant invoices in PDF format to an FTP folder for delivery to PostNL.PostNL is a mailing service handling.

I would think that Formscape/CreateForm or whatever its called these days could do something like that.
