Hi Gurus,
I am creating a Table Conversion/UBE combination to enter Journal Entries records into the F0911Z1 table for processing by the R09110Z. I have been successful with this portion. ****However, a new requirement with this latest interface is that if the processing option is set, to create summary entries (summarized by account and G/L Date). I was told that "There is a way to do this in the F0911 MBF".
Input is a flat file that I can't preselect the sequencing.
I have been searching in Oracle and JDEList (and Google) to find anyone who has done this or information on how to utilize the summary functionality in the MBF.
I would love to hear experiences AND brainstorming suggestions on how to proceed.
Right now, I am tempted to create a Work Table that I can enter all the detail lines in and then reprocess by reordering the records by Account and G/L Date so that I can manually summarize the information and put into the F0911Z1 table. I would love for you to tell me a shortcut method.
Thanks,
Ben again
