Export Documents in JDE

Our company manufactures and exports goods to the US, Europe, and Asia. When we went live on B733.2 we basically built a quick and dirty set of applications/reports to generate export documents in JDE. These replicated what we had built in our previous system (customs declarations, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and so forth). We still haven't been able to find any standard JDE functionality to handle export documents in JDE. Before we start a rebuild project on our current set up, I would really love to know what other companies have done to deal with this rather significant buisness need. Any advice?

We, too, build goods for export outside the USA, and have had to deal with documentation requirements such as packing lists and commercial invoices. We ended up writing custom UBE's to format our data for these reports, and ended up putting a lot of our shipping information in F4211 line type "F" text attachments (e.g. container information, shipping tracking #'s, etc.). Nothing too fancy, but it meets most of our needs.
