EDI in B9

Hello

We are trying to configure EDI .Our system is on B9.The business function B4700240 (Import Flat File to JDE File) always gives an Error of "Invalid Format" .Error message number 4569.The same function runs fine for the same set of data in an Xe system.

Does anyone with experience in EDI on B9 have a solution?

Make sure you are set to UTF-8 and not UTF-16 which is the way B9 is out of the box.

As sselman said B9 is having unicode problem also.
Pls go to the application P93081 and add a row with WIN-Latin1,western Euro.

Even Try EDBCDI-Latin1,WesterEuro.Try with ur particular Object.

I hope this will slove ur problem.

We had exactly the same problem.
Go to the application P93081 and add a row with WIN-Latin1,western Euro.
This fixed our problem.
