Can only print first page from browser (IE8)

When I try to print an APPL screen, only the first page prints. I am starting to suspect that Oracle is doing something that prevents multiple pages from printing since other sites print multiple pages just fine.

Longer Explanation:
End users wanted an application to pull up A/R info and show a detailed aging of invoices. Today, with the existing application, they often print the screen directly from the browser and simply hand it to the customer instead of running any kind of formal report (quick and dirty customer "statement"). I am building a new APPL for them to display the A/R into that they want in a slightly different format than what they have today. Additionally, knowing how the users like to print the screen as sort of an adhoc customer statement, I decided to create a "Print View" of the screen which uses the custom HTML format of a grid to display the detail aged invoices (see attached Screen Shot). This has the advantage of no grid scroll bars, meaning all the invoices render on the page with only the browser scroll bars (again, no grid pagination or scroll bars). Works great, except in IE8 when I go to print using the browser's print command it only prints the very first page. Thoughts?

Do you use the Print Screen or the Right-Click/Print drop down? What happens if the user places the cursor 'somewhere' on the screen, does a right-click and print (or print preview)?

I'll have to play with it, from inside of E1...

I think I tried everything you mentioned.
- IE menu: Print or Print Preview.
- Right Click: Print or Print Preview.
- Move to the last line of output and repeat above.
- Messed around with page settings.
- Tried Multiple PCs (all IE8).
- I think I even tried a later version of IE.

If I go to another site from the same PC/Browser like a SharePoint site I can print multiple pages just fine.

its a bug in E1
i reported to oracle
try run from fast path and try print should be fine instead from menu

also press f5 before pressing browser print and then print should be fine

Unfortunately this particular form works only as a called form so I can't execute it directly from fast path, although I can launch the form that calls it from fast path. Pressing [F5] before printing still yields the same results.

So Oracle did acknowledge that it is a problem? Did Oracle state when it might be addressed (which tools release, IE version, etc.)?

i will look the bug id and will let you know. It is almost a year ago with IE8 and App version 9.1.2

Our users cna not print any applicaiton from the IE8 pint button it shows the blank screen but no grid detail and data unless you run from fast path or do refresh.

Try run from menu and print and do the same with the fast path? if it is working for you then it is not related issue we had. As with 8.12 it was workiing fine and users found that when we upgraded to 9.1
