E9.2 Pick by Pallet without Splitting Line in F4211

We pick by pallet and have a custom tag file to consolidate lines prior to ship confirm to prevent line splitting in the F4211. We only allow splitting for different lots or product cuts. This custom file is causing multiple issues. Does anyone have alternative ways to handle line splitting in F4211.

We do use transportation. We also use a scanning software to pick. As an example if we have 20 pallets on line 1 and 5 pallets on line 2 of an order and we pick by pallet the line gets split by pallet into 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. Once we get to line 1.9 the line splits onto line 2 and we get line 2 as as mix between the product that was on line 1 and the product that was originally on line 2. We are trying to find out what other people do to eliminate this splitting.

The Line Split logic is pretty much hardcoded I believe. You may be able to find the BSFN involved and change the Line increment value from .1 to a .01
