You are quite correct in that J.D. Edwards OneWorld software is not able to
do sinite scheduling. what I did mean is that you must change the messages
after
the system generates planing messages according the required dates of each
WOs
to reflect the fact that the capacity of the WCs being far smaller than the
requirements
calculated based on the run times of the WOs required to be done in the
given time
period. Sorry for causing confusion.
And appologies for the late response to your message. I have been away for
a couple of
days since I responded to the list and during that time I was not able to
connect to the
net.
And thanks to you John for the recommendation. I will also try to set up
using the
turnaround you recommended and report the results of the trial.
