Issue with jdenet_n.exe & dynamic port

Greetings to all,

This is now the seventh time that I install JDE 9.1 demo and I still face the same problem: when I launch EnterpriseOne Solution Explorer, I got the message "eSecSystemFailure: Security kernel encountered system problem! Please talk to a OneWorld Administrator".

I checked the port number from the section JDENET of jde.ini file:
[JDENET]
serviceNameListen=6012
serviceNameConnect=6012

But when I run netstat -ab and check which port is jdenet_n.exe running, I got this:
[svchost.exe]
UDP 0.0.0.0:6012 *:*
[jdenet_n.exe]
UDP 0.0.0.0:6013 *:*

I modified the values for serviceNameListen and serviceNameConnect by 6013. I restarted EnterpriseOne Solution Explorer, still got the same message, but when I run again a netstat -ab, this time jdenet_n.exe got UDP 0.0.0.0:6014 *:*. And If I modify the value by 6014, at the next launch, jdenet_n.exe will run on port 6015, etc.

Do you have an idea to resolve this bug?

i have the same result from netstat -ab (jde_net listens on port 6013) and also 6012 in jde.ini for both lines, and the standalone works for me, so I don't think that this is the problem

Ps. i have changed back my setting to 6012 in jde.ini , I see that jde_net listend on port 6013 but still now working.... I got a time out ...

here are the files. I doubt it will solve your issue because i think sbf folder is used only for webservice development.
