DD Item Description Override

Hi Friends,
We performed DD Item Description Override for Parent Address (PA8). I can see the changes in the application P01012 with changed text on the local but not on the server. I agree that it is not a good practice and this could be done on the form level.
Any ideas on what I can do to see those changes in the web ?
I am on E812 tools 8.96.7
