Hi All,
We are trying to execute an interactive app or UBE on JPY environment and get the error like this :"The was a problem with the server while running business function RetrieveUsersCurrentRole"
This only occurs when the user is selecting a specific 812 role on sign-on, not using the *ALL. Users have to sign on with their specific role as per our business requirements.
Also with the *ALL sign-on the JPY is very fast to sign on, and the applications executed quickly without any business function related error.
What might be the contribution factor to this, as we have confirmed the server mapping and default security server, to name a few?
