I Run JDE Solution Explorer Tools->Enterprise Menu get the message "Failed to Launch E1 Menu on HTML Engine"

the LOCALWEB_JDE.log error is

System:
Windows Vista/Internet Explorer 7.0/JDE 8.12/Tools 8.96

how to fix it!

The best thing to do is remove the JAS directory and remove the IBM or Oracle web registery key. Rienstall WAS or Oracle then run setup for the web dev feature install. That should resolve it.
