Error Opening Table F98MOQUE

Dear All,
When I signon to PD812 it gives message "Error Opening Table F98MOQUE" and then it fails to login in.
I have tried reinstalling PD environment again taking a snapshot .... but the result is the same.
All new installations of PD environment on all client machines have this problem.
The problem is only with PD on client.
Any possible solutions.

Hi Sajid,

I think you have to apply a full package then it is possible to get resolve
with this.
 
The problem is with the Full Package itself.
I tried to access the SPEC_PD812 tables, but it gives file IO Error.
And even the JDELocal_PD812 database tables have no rows.
