No environment assigned for user/role

Hi there,

I can't login on any J environment from any Web client.
It always says "No environment assigned for User/Role".
However, the same users login from from Fat clients
on DV810 and JDV810 environments. Any ideas?
We're on E810 + 8.94H1 Tools.
Enterprise = AS400 V5R3M0, Web = W2003 WebSphere 5.0.2

Try to clear the security cache on the JAS or just restart the JAS process.
When you change any security settings JAS can't know about it untill you refresh them.

Also verify that your env's are in you jas.ini or the jdbj.ini file. If this is still necessary fro was 5.0.2
