404 Page Not Found

I've installed SP22_T1 into my non-production environment. When I try to submit a UBE on the web client, I get a 404 Page Not Found error when I click on the "Submit" button. Has anyone seen this before? Anyone know why this would be happening?
 
It sounds to me like your serialized objects aren't correct. I would regen the serialized objects and try again.
