R31804
Part1:
The R31804 programme is being run in final mode with:
Data selection on WO Status = 97 and Branch plant = xxxxxx
Processing Options: the processing option #2 under the OVER/UNDER COMPLETIONS tab is set to
the closed work order status and this is matched to processing option #4 under the DEFAULTS
tab. Which is equal to 99.
The PPFG flag becomes '3', in File F4801.
But when the R31804 programme is run again with the same data selction and processing
options, it is picking the order which are already in '99' status, ie PPFG flag is '3', but
it is not picking all the work orders, but randomly some work orders,
Resulting which the extra variance journal entries are being recorded, in fact duplicate
leading to open balances in WIP accounts too.
Have any body in the list encountered this issue and if yes please suggest what is going
wrong.
Part2:
If R31804 is run with data selectionon on BP and parent item number, with processing option
as mentioned above, it is behaving abnormally, does anyone have similar experience
