Hi all!
We have set up some free goods adjustments to calculate freight charges. These are created just fine from sales order entry.
After ship confirm, we run R42950 to re-calculate these as freight lines price should be based on áctual ship date. R42950 cancels the original free goods lines and re-creates these in stead of just updating these lines with new price/quantity. Is this behaviour sonething we can control?
We have raised a ticket with Orcale as (this is a different issue) R42950 only manages to re-create free goods line for the first order line. For all other order lines, it just canceles the free goods lines but does not create new free goods lines.
Oracle, however, can not duplicate this as the free goods lines are not cancelled/recreated in their testing
