Using JDE 9.2 version and Optio - 7.8.30 version
For an Order Acknowledge Process JDE generated the PDF and Optio sends the Output
There are various destination of Sending the Output as Send Method = Printer/Email/Fax/Both
When the Send Method = E email is successfully tigered to the User and the PDF out is getting saved in the folder path
But when the Send Method = P/F/B only the PDF output is sent to the Printer/Fax but not getting saved in the folder path
Please let me know if there is any configuration setup to be done to save the PDF output in a folder path for Output destination = Printer/Fax/Both
